Colonial District

Colonial District FOCA, meeting was held October 20, 2007, at St. Nicholas Cathedral on embassy Row in Washington, DC.

Walter Alesevich, Esq., District Governor, called the Colonial district meeting to order and introduced the guests, FOCA Vice President Polly Walker and for husband, Todd, former FOCA National President Apollo Manchuk, and Leda Dwonczyk, Past Colonial District Governor.  The Convention had a visit from Metropolitan Theodosius, who was in the Washington, DC, area to attend a reception at the Embassy of the Vatican, that evening.
